These terms govern your use of https://redlinerecovery.shop/ and any purchase from Redline Recovery, operated by Redline Recovery. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors, sizes and appearance may vary slightly from images. Product specifications come from our manufacturer and may change without notice.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider; we don't store your full card details.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable quantities, or are placed for resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which are part of these terms.
6. Product use and health disclaimer
Our products are general wellness devices intended to support relaxation and post-exercise recovery. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person.
- Follow the included instructions and recommended session times.
- Do not look directly into the LEDs.
- Stop use if you experience discomfort, and do not use on broken skin.
- Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are sensitive to light, take medication that increases light sensitivity, or have an implanted electronic device.
- Not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
7. Content and intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos and images on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's your own honest experience and give us permission to display it on the Site and in our marketing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
10. Warranty disclaimer
Except for the guarantee in our Return and refund policy, products are provided "as is" without additional warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
